General Role:
- Make a deliberate effort to gain a full understanding and working knowledge Baroque Group Pty Ltd “Business and Job Management Systems”.
- Prepare and submit bid/tender packages with the project team.
- Prepare contracts and scopes of work and ensure all aspects of the contract are met by subcontractors, service providers and/or clientele.
- Prepare and submit NODs and EOTs to client’s and/or representatives as required.
- Prepare and submit RFIs to client’s and/or representative, architect, or service consultant(s).
- Review and process all subcontractor and head contract claims, invoices and variations.
- Prepare, manage and update cash flow and/or forecasting as required.
- Understand lead times and implement procurement register to minimize risk.
- Prepare and maintain all project and business contact(s) list.
- Prepare and issue RFQ's for trades and services procurement as required.
- Assist the Project Team with tender development, submissions and reviews.
- Assist &/or prepare cost estimates as required.
- Ensure the Project Team are kept informed with regular status updates on each and every project as required.
- Ensure all clientele are regularly informed with regular status updates of each and every project as required.
- Carry out site and tender inspections as required.
- Attend client, project and/or site meetings as required.
In order to be considered for this role, you must also meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of three years in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft suite
- Must have experience working for a commercial builder.
- Well-developed written and communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and Information management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Possess a Construction White Card
- Experience with “Prime Ecosystem” will be looked upon favourably.
