The Role
Due to internal growth and a recently awarded projects, they are seeking to employ a Contract Administrator for a new $85m project. To be successful in securing this opportunity you will have the following skills and experience.
- Bachelor of Construction or Engineering
- Worked on projects above $20m
- Subcontractor management
- Able to manage negotiations
- Managed variations and claims
- Procurement
- Creation of contracts and contract close out
- Produce scopes of work
- Project Administration
- Able to mentor junior CA's
- Strong computer skills
- Above average communications skills both verbal and written
- Motivated and driven along with strong presentation skills
