Cleanaway provides sustainable waste management solutions to a range of customers including councils, small businesses, large corporate entities and government agencies.Due to expansion in our Queensland Project Engineering team, we have a new opportunity for an experienced Contracts Administrator who will play a crucial role managing pre award and post award Cleanaway contract activities on a variety capital works and environmental remediation projects. This a permanent role based in Milton, Brisbane.About the role:
- Manage all post award contract forms such as, time and materials. lump sum and schedule of rates.
- Assist project managers in management of deliverables provided by contractor incorporating management plans, subcontractor approvals, schedules, insurances, securities.
- Support the project managers in completing progress claim documentation including the progress claim pro-forma and formal issue to contractors / suppliers.
- Review changes and claims during project lifecycle and analyse any claims in terms of size and quantum.
- Responsible for management of all formal and informal communication and register updates.
- Establish and leverage cross-discipline relationships within the wider business group to facilitate cost control.
- Demonstrated experience providing contract administration management for a Project Management Office for a national major infrastructure or capital works project.
- Detail-oriented with an ability to analyse complex contractual documents.
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management or related construction discipline or considerable experience highly preferred.
