About The OpportunitySome of your responsibilities will include:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of contract management plans
- Administer contracts by approved Contract Management Plans
- Interpret and explain contract requirements, and terms and conditions to subcontractors to support compliance with statutory and policy requirements and inform decision-making,
- Establish and maintain subcontractor and supplier relationships to identify and minimise risk, and maximise the value from the contract
- Proactively identify and manage contract risks to meet organisational obligations and achieve the planned outcomes of the contract
- Identify new project opportunities and leverage existing relationships
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the same or similar role
- Experience in Health and Education infrastructure sectors is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Current Drivers Licence and White Card
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
