The Opportunity
Due to organisational growth, we are on the search for a permanent full-time Contracts Administratorto support the delivery of our commercial construction and refurbishment projects located in Melbourne.
We are searching for an individual who would like to be part of a progressive and stable company, whilst furthering their career by working with a team of highly experienced construction professionals.
As a Contracts Administratorin our team, you will be responsible for subcontract coordination and administration; and project reporting including:
- coordination of trades and subcontractors,
- project reporting and archiving (including working with Jonas, Procore, and 1Breadcrumb),
- liaison with architects, consultants and subcontractors,
- support of the overall project budget and time frame,
- build and strengthen professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
What we are looking for?
The successful candidate will be committed to quality, can manage competing deadlines, and has attention to detail. We are looking for someone who can display the following skills and attributes:
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Building, or a related degree is an advantage (completed or in progress).
- A genuine passion for the building and construction industry.
- The confidence to drive your own success while being part of the team.
- A desire to take initiative and grow within the organisation.
- A White Card, Asbestos Awareness and First Aid are advantageous.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project is desirable.
