About the role...
As a key member of this fabulous People & Development team your varied and busy day will include, but not be limited to;
- preparing employee contracts and relevant documentation
- assisting with general HR enquiries
- maintaining and updating HRIS and employee records
- assisting with the induction process
- scheduling training and learning development sessions
- planning and coordinating HR events
- assisting with HR projects
- general administrative tasks to assist the team
Our client is seeking a self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills, a "pro-active team attitude and a friendly personality. You will also have;
- previous experience as a HR Assistant/Administration Assistant
- advanced MS Office skills
- strong attention to detail
- excellent organisational skills
- initiative, drive and enthusiasm
