- They have secured their work for the rest of 2024 and are seeking an accomplished CA to work on one of their key new projects
- You will be teamed with one of the company’s existing Senior PM’s
- Intermediate CA role for an individual who has strong experience at PC or CA level within a head contract environment. You must have strong building knowledge and experience in scoping, letting and managing subcontract packages including structure and high end finishes. Demonstrated experience in financial reporting utilising cost management software is also essential.
- Administer Contracts (Head / Subcontracts)
- Setup & maintain Project Letting Schedule
- Prepare subcontractor packages, scopes and schedules
- Accurate review & evaluation of subcontract Tenders
- Manage progress claim assistance and external variations
- Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims
- Administer RFI’s to architects, consultants and clients
- Support the Project Manager in meeting all project requirements
