Hr Administrator - Contract

YOUR NEW COMPANY

A leading education provider in Geelong requires an experienced HR Administrative Officer to join their team for a minimum of 3 months.

YOUR NEW ROLE

• Undertake accurate and timely data entry, processing and administration in relation to employee lifecycle and remuneration matters.
• Provide a range of employee lifecycle HR services for designated client portfolio including: contract management, immigration, employment services, payroll and associated taxation matters and terminations.
• Ensure the implementation of all policies that relate to the areas for which the position is responsible, in particular, those relating to equal opportunity, occupational health and safety, risk management, staff development and staff performance planning and review.

Working within the human resources department, you will anticipate and answer queries with practical skills and be available to communicate with these effectively based on experience.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

This is a busy and varied role and, as such, we are seeking an experienced HR professional who can demonstrate the ability to work independently and autonomously across all HR functions. You will be required to use your outstanding interpersonal skills to liaise with a range of stakeholders, be experienced working within a geographically dispersed team and be able to prioritise and meet tight timeframes.

You will have excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to hit the ground running. You must be adaptable, capable of dealing with change and enjoying working within a team.
