- Vet subcontractors quotation and provide reconciliation reports
- Submit sub-contractors agreements and supplier orders
- Monitor construction workflows
- Assist site team with procuring materials, suppliers etc.
- Obtain and review all defect inspection reports
- Completing site meeting minutes and providing monthly updates to clients
- General administration support for Site Managers
- Manage and coordinate site access and work permits for contractors and staff
- Maintain and ensure all OH&S is current and enforced at all times
