About the Role
We are currently recruiting a Contracts Coordinator on behalf of our client, a leading provider of electricity services who are committed to delivering reliable and sustainable energy solutions to regional communities here in Western Australia.
As the Contracts Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of contracts and procurement activities. Your responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end procurement process, reviewing contracts for compliance with company policies, negotiating and developing contracts and procurement documents, maintaining accurate records, and providing regular reports.
Key Criteria
- Oversee the end-to-end quotation process - including documentation, evaluations, conforming contracts for award and providing information regarding outcomes.
- Maintaining contract management documentation in accordance with internal procedures
- Coordinate with other business functions to contribute to meeting project deadlines
- Ensure that all contracts are managed in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain internal databases as required including project registers
- Support contract management activities across regions as required by Commercial Managers
- Manage contractor payments in accordance with terms and conditions outlined by the contract
- Process and monitor work orders, requisitions, supplier accreditation, purchase orders and supplier invoice processing
- Provide document management support services to project teams
