The position of Contracts and Commercial Coordinator will be located in our Perth or East Rockingham based office location. This purpose of this position is to ensure contract administration services are delivered effectively in order to support customer satisfaction, scope development, quality, and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain proper and complete records and filing, with attention to sales documentation.
- Creation, regular updating and management of contract management plans and registers, including issuing contractor notifications.
- Manage and maintain contract management filing systems.
- Assist in ensuring contract compliance and adherence to existing contracts.
- Frequent consultation and relationship building with internal stakeholders
- Ensure service delivery expectations are met and ongoing value add is provided by the contract delivery team.
- Assist with preparation of sales quotes and tenders packages including managing the tender process.
- Perform general administrative duties as required; and support the team in respect to developing contract documentation.
Skills and Attributes:
- Previous experience in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in contract management.
- Demonstrated expertise in contract administration, governance and document management skills.
- Financial understanding with good fiscal management skills.
- Ability to manage key internal and external relationships.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- High level understanding of structuring commercial proposals.
- Professional presentation and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
