Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain existing contractual and non-contract relationships, fostering longevity and contributing to bottom-line growth.
- Ensure the contract management team meets their KPIs and SLAs while effectively managing their workload.
- Liaise with customers to define and maintain product and service expectations.
- Monitor and improve the profitability of contracts.
- Collaborate with suppliers on issues related to price and performance.
- Assist and monitor the performance of contracts and sales staff.
- Assume all responsibilities of the State Manager in their absence.
- Immediately report all hazards, incidents, and near misses.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience with dealing with direct reports and performance management.
- Proficient in MS Office at an Intermediate level.
- Experience in contracts or project management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team.
- Understanding of QHSE and safe work practices.
