We are seeking a part time Marketing Manager to join our CIBO team and be the person who will bring all of our CIBO marketing to life. Reporting to the General Manager of CIBO Espresso and working very closely with the Chief Marketing Officer you will be executing marketing campaigns and delivering local area marketing to deliver value to our franchise partners.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Evolving and developing the CIBO brand to stay relevant and engaging for our customers
- Developing the marketing calendar, major promotions and activations
- Social Media content and management
- Working with our Operations team to develop strategic local area marketing plans for stores to drive sales
- Educating, managing, executing and reviewing Local Area Marketing with store franchise partners to ensure growth and development of the brand at a local level
- Successfully brief our 'internal agency' which includes a dedicated in-house Digital & Creative teams
- Facilitate store communication and updates
- Analysis and reporting on performance
- Budget management and reporting
The candidate of our dreams will have:
- Local Area Marketing experience
- A Marketing Degree (or relevant tertiary qualification)
- Great stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Outstanding communication skills
- A positive can do attitude!
