Eden Ritchie is seeking a Contracts Manager SME to contribute to building stronger and optimised contract management practices and administration across the infrastructure Portfolio.
- 11 month contract with possible extension
- Brisbane CBD location
As the Contracts Manager SME, your key responsibilities will include:
- Analyse contract management and administration practices, identifying areas for improvement across process, technology, capacity and capability.
- Identify capacity and capability requirements across the portfolio to provide uplift.
- Implement standardised practices across the portfolio regarding contract management/administration and delivery.
- Acquire and develop an understanding of multiple contract requirements and terms and conditions agreed with suppliers.
- Implement improved ways of working with the Portfolio Office and contract management staff to monitor supplier performance.
- Provide training, guidance and mentoring regarding contract management practices and administration.
- Articulate the linkages between contract management/administration and financial reporting requirements.
- Design and implement contract management records and ensure they are retained in accordance with the Records retention and disposal schedule.
- Design and implement a suite of KPI’s to support effective and efficient contact management practices.
Qualifications and experience - Desirable:
- Formal qualifications in business or contract management related disciplines (Business, Commerce).
- Experience in infrastructure contract management.
- Experience in contract improvement in complex organisations and/or the public sector.
- Experience in contract management improvement.
