About the role
The Contracts and Procurement Manager undertakes a management and leadership role in procurement and contract management activities. The position provides specialist advice and oversees the development and management of complex, high-risk contracts. This position leads the development and implementation of innovative procurement and contract management strategies to achieve business objectives and strategic vision.
The successful candidate will have:
- Extensive leadership skills and experience, including a proven ability to effectively manage teams to achieve targeted outcomes.
- Extensive knowledge of procurement practices and issues.
- Extensive experience in providing expert advice and support on contract development, negotiation, execution, and performance management.
- Demonstrated high-level written and verbal communications.

Additional Information
*Salary: This role is classified as Grade O – T within our Enterprise Agreement and the rate will be dependent on skills and experience/qualifications. New appointments are generally between grade O – Q.
The current PHN policy requires employees to have received 3 Primary doses of an approved COVID-19 Vaccination.
