What we are looking for:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail orientated Operations & Maintenance Control Room Officer to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our water and sewer assets.
The successful candidate will support the Control Room by prioritising, allocating and rescheduling work for operational teams in response to customer requests and asset maintenance needs.
*Please note the hours for this position are from 7:00am – 4:00pm, working 9 days over a fortnight.

What you should have to apply:
Certificate III in Business ministration (AQF Level 3 or above) or equivalent work experience
Computer literacy including experience using the Microsoft Office Suite
Be willing and able to follow instructions, including complying with written procedures
Attention to detail
Sound problem solving skills
Time management skills
Have an enthusiastic approach to work
Possess good interpersonal skills in order to provide excellent customer service and work effectively as part of a close knit team
Current drivers’ licence
