About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing excellence in customer service as part of our 24-hour Monitoring Operations Centre.
Job Type: Full-time hours: 38 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Shift work
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
You will have demonstrated:
- Commitment to the provision of premium client service
- Willingness to take on new challenges
- Excellent communication (oral and written)
- Strong computer literacy
- The ability to work autonomously
Whilst the role can be diverse, your main responsibilities include:
- Responding to signals generated by KSA Systems
- Phone or email interaction with our end clients
- Dispatching service requests to appropriate personal (via phone & email)

Essential Criteria
- Drivers Licence and your own transport are essential, as there is no public transport after hours
- To be eligible for this position you must be an Australian Citizen or resident
- You must be fully vaccinated
