We are seeking a proficient Conveyancing Paralegal or Senior Conveyancer to manage residential conveyancing files from start to settlement. This pivotal role allows for autonomous work while being part of a collaborative team focused on delivering superior client service.

• Perusal and analysis of contracts.
• Direct communications with clients to ensure a seamless service.
• Preparation and dispatch of initial and final client correspondence.
• Conducting online property searches and diligent follow-up on outstanding conditions.
• Generating settlement statements and managing PEXA settlements.
• Comprehensive file management including documentation and general administrative duties.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Conveyancer within Queensland, demonstrating a thorough understanding of local property law is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple files efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills to maintain positive relations with clients and colleagues.
• High proficiency in digital conveyancing platforms and general IT systems.

• No legal qualifications required. Commissioner for Declarations or JP (Qual) favourable.
• Experience with LEAP legal software is desired.
• Proficiency in utilising office software, particularly MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook). 
• Strong organisational and time management competencies.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication proficiencies. 
• Ability to prioritise tasks, working both independently and within a team.

The Offer:

• A competitive salary ranging between $60,000 - $85,000 plus superannuation, based on experience.
