Nutri-Tech Solutions (NTS), World leaders in sustainable agriculture, require a full-time, Export/Marketing professional for our head office in Yandina in SEQLD. we will also look at part-time (job sharing) if needed.
The ideal candidate would have some understanding of regenerative agriculture/horticulture, so they could offer informed assistance when dealing with International customers and developing marketing plans.
NTS effectively involves five enterprises in one, and there are comprehensive product ranges associated with each of these. These include a large range of organic and regenerative inputs for agriculture, a home garden range, human health products, education and the Nutrition Farms range of value-added products, derived from our demonstration farms.
The export component of this role involves the following:
1) Communication skills - the role involves liaising with a diverse, International client base, where written and oral communication are equally important.
2) Export experience - A sound working knowledge of export procedures including an understanding of Letters of Credit and International banking. Experience in exports by air, sea, courier and freight forwarding is required.
3) Computer ability - experience with programs like Microsoft Office – Gmail, Word, Excel, MYOB, etc will be necessary
4) Quotation skills - Ability to generate accurate and detailed quotations within Exonet (our operating program)
5) Organisational skills - planning and arranging International logistics and preparing all shipping documentation to comply with Australian and overseas import requirements.
6) Understanding export restrictions - experience with region-specific import permits, sanctions and trade agreements.
7) Relationship building - NTS exports to over 50 locations and these distributors need to be nurtured.
8) Sales ability- this role often involves the first point of contact between international customers and NTS, so people skills are essential.
9) Business development - ascertaining seasonal requirements of international clients and tailoring communication accordingly. Supplying customers with regular, relevant product updates.

- Brand Management: Experience in developing and maintaining brand identity and ensuring consistency across all marketing initiatives.
- Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to convey marketing messages clearly
- ROI Focus: Understanding of budgeting and resource allocation with a focus on achieving measurable return on investment

The working hours are 8 am to 4 pm and there is a need for an immediate start. Obviously, this position would be best suited to someone already residing on the Sunshine Coast.
