Job description

The Department of Communities brings together the services and functions of disability services, child protection and family support, housing, community initiatives and regional services reform.

The Opportunity As a conveyancer you will be responsible for preparing conveyancing matters on behalf of the Department and arranging settlement documentation and liaising with Industry practitioners.

Commercial Property and Projects provides high quality conveyancing services to support the Department of Communities’ role in assisting people achieve home ownership.  The Branch’s services are driven by contractual deadlines.  The achievement of these deadlines is dependent on the preparation of accurate conveyancing documents in a timely manner.

There is currently 1 permanent position available for immediate filling.

Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments will be made for this or similar future vacancies (fixed term or permanent) that arise within the next 12 months across the Department of Communities.
