SalaryThe Firm We are currently recruiting for a boutique law firm who work across Property matters. They have an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Conveyancer.
The Role
As a Conveyancer you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of conveyancing files while also providing crucial paralegal support when needed. Collaborating closely with another Conveyancer, your responsibilities will include:
- Handle electronic conveyancing and settlements in PEXA
- Managing contract conditions and strata tiles issues
- Dealing with clients
- Paralegal support duties when required
- Essential: minimum 5 years’ experience working in conveyancing
- Essential: ability to manage your own conveyancing files
- Essential: previous experience using PEXA
- Desirable: farm settlement experience
- Highly competitive remuneration, reflecting your expertise and contribution.
