SalaryWe have a FULL TIME conveyancer position available to join our established boutique Conveyancing Firm located in Nedlands.
Our business has been operating for over 15 years and you will be learning from some of the best in the industry, with over 50 years of combined experience in business and property conveyancing.
The successful applicant will be required to have residential conveyancing experience and will be provided the rare opportunity and training to learn commercial business conveyancing.

- Additionally, our office is located within a small shopping centre which provides quick and easy access to multiple businesses including Medical GP, Dental, Physio, Pharmacy, Bottle shop, Butcher, IGA, Post office, Newsagency and many more.
We are looking for:
- A dedicated individual with experience in conveyancing and settlements
- Experience with PEXA and Setts plus is favourable.
- Ability to work under pressure, multi task, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Effective communication (both written and verbal)
