Job Description:

Are you a seasoned Conveyancer with a passion for property law and a commitment to providing exceptional client service? We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our client’s amazing team in North Brisbane. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional looking to take their career to the next level in a supportive and flexible work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial conveyancing matters from initial instruction to settlement.
• Provide expert advice to clients on property transactions, including sales, purchases, and leases.
• Conduct thorough property searches, prepare, and review contracts, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
• Liaise with clients, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth and timely transactions.
• Resolve any issues that may arise during the conveyancing process efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records and manage all administrative aspects of the conveyancing process.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 3-5 years PQE with proven experience in conveyancing.
• In-depth knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in conveyancing software and MS Office.
