G.R. Brown Solicitor is a well-established generalist legal practice located in Sandgate. We also have a sister office located in Geebung (A.M. McNally Solicitor).
The Role
This role is open to applicants who are either experienced in conveyancing or do not have experience but have a willingness to learn (full training provided).
Your day will involve:
- Managing residential files from start to finish;
- Managing settlements via PEXA;
- Preparing residential contracts and special conditions;
- Liaising with clients, banks and real estate agents, maintaining relationships and ensuring exceptional client experience;
- Conducting property searches and obtaining certificates.
You will also have the benefit of a part time assistant.

- A willingness to establish and maintain client and agent relationships;
