AddressRoyal Conveyancing has an opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our conveyancing team on a full-time basis.
What will you do?
You will be responsible for the running of sale and purchase files through to completion.
Your core duties and responsibilities will include:-
- Queensland Residential Conveyancing
- PEXA
- TriConvey/Smokeball
- Liaising with clients, agents, law firms, banks and brokers;
- Quoting
- Reviewing Contracts
- Conducting property searches;
- Negotiating contract conditions;
- Drafting correspondence, Transfer Documents and general documents;
- Calculating settlement figures;
- Calculating shortfall funds for clients;
- Arranging settlements;
- In-house Stamping;
- Preparing and lodging Title Office forms.

- High level proficiency with Smokeball/LEAP and Microsoft Office or willing to learn;
- PEXA proficient or willing to learn.
The Details
- Immediate start.
- Full-time hours between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday - Friday.
- Salary negotiable dependent upon experience and referral base.
