AddressWe are looking for an experienced paralegal to manage our conveyancing matters from start to finish. Also having experience in commercial matters (leasing and business sales and purchases) will be considered favourably.
You will be working on conveyancing matters with our Legal Practice Director (and the founder of our firm) Denise Maxwell, as well as solicitors within the property law/conveyancing area, and solicitors from our other areas of practice where their matters overlap.
You must have experience in all aspects of conveyancing and PEXA. The matters primarily include residential conveyancing, but there are always some other interesting matters such as off the plan, subdivisions, part interest transfers, caveats, estate transfers and more!

We are a dynamic inner Southside law firm with a rewarding working environment. Our Legal Practice Directors have a combined 40+ years experience as lawyers, but don’t remind Denise she’s been practising longer than some of the more junior staff have been alive.
