QNMU Law are seeking an experienced paralegal to take ownership of the end to end management of Conveyancing matters.
The successful candidate will have experience in the following -
- Opening, maintaining and closing conveyancing files
- Review of contracts
- Conducting property searches
- Calculating settlement statements
- Drafting correspondence and preparation of Title Office forms
- Engagement with clients, law firms and any other relevant parties
- All PEXA tasks including settlements
Experience in the below areas would be advantageous -
- Leases
- Wills and/or Estates
- Family
- General paralegal duties
Your recent experience will include the following -
- 3+ years experience in a similar role
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Reliability and professional manner
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Great written and verbal communication skills
