Qualifications & experience
- Minimum of 2 years handling full QLD property or Conveyancing Paralegal experience;
- Excellent time management skills, and ability to work under pressure;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Exceptional organisational skills.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Ability to independently manage residential conveyancing files from A to Z with minimum supervision;
- Maintain timely and professional client interaction with great communication skills;
- Familiar with Smokeball or equivalent legal software and PEXA;
- Exceptional attention to detail and correct use of grammar;
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal document.
