Remote Working Graduate/ Paralegal - Conveyancing

We are collaborating with a reputable regional law firm nestled in the heart of Goondiwindi, we are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Paralegal to join our client's team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a recent graduate with up to one year of experience to embark on a fulfilling career in general legal practice, specialising in conveyancing and PEXA transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in various legal matters spanning general legal practice, with a focus on conveyancing, agribusiness and property
• Manage and coordinate property transactions in NSW and Queensland utilising PEXA platform.
• Draft legal documents, correspondence, and contracts under supervision.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support matter preparation.
• Liaise with clients, legal professionals, and external stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support to lawyers as required.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Law or relevant field.
• Up to one year of experience in a legal environment, preferably in conveyancing or general practice.
• Familiarity with PEXA transactions is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in legal research and drafting.
• MUST have full Australian Working Rights to apply.
• Adaptable to remote work arrangements, with a preference for candidates located in or near Goondiwindi.
