About the role
As a Credit & Collections Officer at Energy Locals, you will play a crucial role in contacting customers who have overdue payments. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues, reconcile accounts, and maintain positive customer relationships. Your exceptional communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a strong understanding of collection processes and industry regulations, will be instrumental in achieving collection targets and minimizing bad debt exposure.
