OPPORTUNITY
We're seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal for a permanent full-time position working 38 hours per week. Your typical day will include, among other duties, reviewing residential and commercial property contracts, drafting letters of advice to clients, liaising with clients, taking new matter enquiries, conducting searches, undertaking all aspects of the conveyancing process, preparing PEXA settlements and attending settlements locally, assisting partners throughout.

To be considered for this role we're ideally seeking candidates that possess prior conveyancing experience in Queensland. Ideally, you'll have had broad A to Z exposure across many different conveyancing matters. Prior experience with the use of PEXA settlement software will be highly regarded but isn't essential.
