An opportunity exists for a motivated casual Chef to join the South Tweed Tavern in our Bob's Diner with an immediate start. You will be responsible for all aspects in the kitchen from prep to cooking, clean up and special innovation.The successful applicant will be confident in their skills, be motivated to perform and will have excellent communication skills
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience working in a hands-on, team focused bistro style kitchen
- Experience working as a solo chef in a small fast food styled kitchen
- Knowledge of cooking practices as they apply to the venue's menu
- An uncompromising attitude towards high food quality, presentation and safety
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Flexible availability
Availability to work days, nights, weekends and splits is a must.

Skills and experience
Previous experience in a small kitchen, along with great customer service and communication skills.
Must have current Australian working rights to apply.
Successful applicants might be considered for full time employment after successfully implementing themselves in the venue
