SalaryRanidash Pty Ltd (Gladstone Yacht Club Restaurant & Bar) is looking for Cooks or Chefs to join our busy kitchen. We operate 7 days a week cooking for our restaurant, bar and for on-site functions.The successful applicant will have a Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery.Sponsorship is available for the right person but you must already be in Australia to apply.Also up to 5 years restaurant experience will be required for the applicant.Job Duties:
Prepare and cook to as directed, meeting dietary requirements as directed.
Follow recipes & presentation specifications.
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Oversee and manage kitchen operations.
Keeping the kitchen clean and organised in adherence to hygiene and safety regulations.
