Our team have the knowledge, equipment and credentials to ensure the highest standard of finish for every vehicle. We are specialist and authorised repairers for Audi, Jaguar, Land Rover, Volkswagen, Aston Martin, Volvo and many other high-end brands and have operated on the Coast for almost 40 years.
We are now seeking applications for a PartsCoordinator/Yardhand to join the Euro Collision Centre team.
What we are looking for:
- Outstanding level of accuracy and attention to detail to achieve departmental goals
- Knowledge of modern day pressures and time constraints
- Excellent customer service with well developed verbal and written communication skills and computer competency
- Experience in Department KPIs
- Current Manual Drivers Licence
- A willingness to learn with a can do attitude
What the role entails:
- Timely ordering and receiving parts via PartsCheck & iBodyshop - Experience using iBodyshop, PartsCheck preferred but not essential
- Communicating with suppliers and management about stock issues, pricing, ETA’s and other concerns
- Coordinate with the team on parts arrivals to facilitate job allocations and ensure smooth workshop operations
- Receivables checked off to invoices and parts examined for damage
- Parts stored correctly and bays organised daily
- Manage the returns and credits process with suppliers
- Follow vehicle check-in process
- Post repair quality control and diagnostics of warning codes
- General store duties when required – Washing cars, delivery of cars, customer enquiries etc.
- Handle general internal and external tasks as required
- Ensuring a safe work environment is regularly maintained
