If you have:

- A passion for developing and executing strategic initiatives that enhance customer experience through the effective leverage of cutting edge technologies.
- Experience in leading in a library or community setting or demonstration of transferrable experience.
- Advanced knowledge of the library or community sectors and the issues impacting on the sector.
- A deep understanding of the libraries and the community sectors and an awareness of the challenges and dynamics shaping these fields.
- Ability to respond to a changing environment and lead others through change.

More about the Job
As a senior member of the Community Connections leadership team, you will lead a large team to deliver exceptional customer experience to our diverse community across 5 libraries as well as outreach services.
You will foster a strategic and data driven approach to customer experience in response to current and emerging community needs, including the ability to leverage technology and innovative approaches to service delivery.
As a natural motivator, you will provide outstanding leadership, positively influencing the people experience to deliver on the strategic direction of the portfolio and the best possible experience for our customers.

The finer details
This position is offered on a full-time permanent basis and is classified at Level 7, with a salary range of $ 114,967 to $ 121,916 + Super + Annual Leave Loading.
