What you need to know...

  • permanent full time - 70 hours per fortnight
  • the package: $98,180 - $117,081 per annum, plus superannuation

About the role

Is improving business efficiencies and driving organisational change through corporate system enhancements your passion? Are you able to turn out of the box corporate system upgrades into user friendly productivity gains? We are looking for a Coordinator Corporate Systems who can lead a team to implement a continual improvement upgrade of our Corporate Systems platform. Being familiar with the Technology One product will be a huge advantage for early success in the role.

You will need to have strong collaboration and engagement skills to build relationships with vendors and consultants as well as get buy-in for system upgrades from key internal stakeholders. If this sounds like you, have a read of the position description and apply now.

To be considered for this position you will need to:

You will need to demonstrate how you meet the focus capabilities and how your skills will enable you to achieve the key accountabilities.
  • Target questions - answer the target questions - maximum 300 words each question
    1. Describe a change you have had to explain to other people. What strategies did you implement to deal with resistance?
    2. How have you approached collaboration with internal stakeholders across different sections? Use a workplace example of how you achieved this?

This position is located at Council's Grafton Office, however, this may change should business needs identify other work locations to be more appropriate to deliver our services in the future.
