We are seeking a quality service driven Property Manager to join our team.
The successful applicant will need to provide:

We have a great team to work with, bounce off and help get you through the tough days.
The hours for this role are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm- no weekend work and no after hours emergency phone roster.
Day to Day Responsibilities include:
· Create and maintain relationships with Tenants, Landlords and Contractors
· Manage maintenance requests – quotations & issuing work orders
· Process and respond to queries in a timely manner
· Complete routine & final bond inspections
· New lease sign ups and ingoing photos
· Lodge and attend court hearings
· Use a checklist system for main tasks
Requirements in a Candidate:
· Current Certificate of Registration
· Current Full "C" class WA manual driving license
· Ability to effectively communicate with all clients and negotiate effectively
· A genuine interest for Property Management
· Willingness to adapt to systems and processes
· Well presented with professional dress standard
Skills and Experience:
· Strong knowledge of the RTA (Interpreting, explaining and working in accordance with the Act)
· Strong computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Property Tree, Inspection Express & IRE experience highly regarded)
· Tribunal Experience highly regarded
· 2 years' experience in Property Management is highly preferable
