We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic Workforce Development Coordinator to join the Workforce Development team on a full time 8 month paternity leave contract.

About the Role:
- Provide clear guidance and support to assist staff across the organisation aligned with the Workforce Development Procedure
- Monitor new staff intake, coordinating the facilitation and attendance of Corporate Induction
- Providing full administration support to the Workforce Development team as required.
- Investigate new and innovative ways to create processes and systems that will support the ongoing evolution.
- Generate reports using available data to assist staff across the organisation to forecast and plan training needs
- Reporting evidence in a timely manner for external regulatory bodies when required.
Essential Criteria:
- Exceptional customer service
- Demonstrated time management, task management and event management skills
- Demonstrates attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with using a Learning Management System to support the administration of organisation wide learning
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work autonomously
- Strong computer skills and systems oriented
