About You
The Executive Services Coordinator will be responsible for the management of a team of executive assistants and the coordination of administrative and shared services for the executive and senior leadership team. The primary objective of this role is to ensure efficient management of College governance and engagement, as well as to provide advice and support to the Director of Governance & Strategic Initiatives regarding strategic and operational projects. The Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that the team of executive assistants are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties to the highest standard.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. They will also have a proven track record of building and maintaining effective working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Critical to success is an excellent customer service mindset and managerial skills, that enable a solutions focused culture.
To be successful in this position, you'll have:
- High level of organisation and time management skills, ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet conflicting deadlines.
- Proven initiative and problem-solving skills, ability to resolve complex issues, and take action without specific direction where appropriate.
- Demonstrated high level of computer literacy - MS-Office software packages, email, internet and correspondence management databases and a demonstrated ability to adapt to new IT environments.
- Ability to be professional, tactful, discrete and courteous at all times, including the ability to respond appropriately to sensitive information and situations - with the ability to work co-operatively as a member of a team to achieve group goals.
- Experience or demonstrated ability to coordinate executive support and governance activities.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills with the proven ability to produce high quality work output that demonstrates attention to detail and strong commitment to quality.
- Demonstrated project management experience, including the ability to initiate, coordinate, and deliver projects through effective planning, resource allocation, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management, and conduct post-project evaluation and reporting.
Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or substantial experience.
