Are you dedicated to creating extraordinary experiences for our VIP guests in Townsville? An exciting opportunity awaits for a customer-focused Guest Experience Executive to join our team full-time.
The Role
Your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service tailored to VIP guests, ensuring their experience exceeds expectations and aligns with The Ville Resort - Casino's policies and procedures. Additionally, you will curate high-end amenities, orchestrate exclusive dining experiences, and facilitate interactions in our Private Gaming Rooms. Collaborating across departments, you'll orchestrate memorable stays for VIP Magnetic & Orpheus guests.
You will report directly to the General Manager of Marketing, Sales, and VIP Services, working closely with them to execute our company's vision and goals in these key areas.
About You
- Demonstrated experience in luxury hospitality or guest relations role and aptitude for delivering memorable Guest Experience and exceptional guest service skills in hospitality entertainment.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a QLD Key Casino Employee License is a mandatory requirement.
- Intermediate / Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hospitality management software (SevenRooms, Opera).
- Excellent administrative skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Intermediate computer literacy.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional Guest Experiences.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Vietnamese is highly desirable.
