Our Corporate Services division plays an important role managing our financial, physical and human resources, and is responsible for business analysis, information technology, the law library, governance, freedom of information, compliance and review and records management functions.
In this role you will:
- Oversees facilities related activities, including projects, leasing, property management, maintenance, procurement, contract management support, motor vehicle fleet and security.
- Coordinate and support major accommodation and maintenance projects including management of consultants, project design, project documentation, tenders and project management.
- Lead, manage and continue to build the delivery of high-quality procurement support and advice services to the organisation to enhance compliance with procurement and contractual practices in alignment with Government legislation and objectives.
- Oversee complex submissions, plans, reports, briefing materials and correspondence on significant procurement, project and facilities related issues relevant to the department.
