Key Leadership Role:
As a pivotal member of the Leadership Team, you will lead the implementation of a strategy crafted to optimize the performance of a diverse array of assets. Your Responsibilities Include:
- Support in setting strategic Asset Management direction and ensure its implementation.
- Support in developing and implementing an ISO 55000 aligned Asset Management system.
- Lead the development and implementation of various Asset Management frameworks including criticality, risk assessment condition, and capital business cases and concepts frameworks
- Improve the collaboration between asset owners and capital delivery teams at the project initiation and concept phases
- Coordinate the development of substantiated ten (10) year, three year and one year capital works program
- Improve CAPEX forward planning, especially the three-year outlook, including prioritisation and Project Concept Approvals
- Proven experience in Asset Management, ideally with Water, Sewer, Resource Recovery, Transport, Buildings and Fleet.
- Leadership skills to guide and develop a high-performing team.
- Expertise in developing and optimizing Asset Management strategies.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for community engagement.
- Bachelor of Engineering Degree or other relevant tertiary qualification
- Experience with an Asset Management framework/system aligned to AS55000
