About the Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our First Contact team. This opportunity is full time and will operate from Monday through to Friday, within business hours. The Coordinator of Supports will assist participants of the NDIS to connect to a range of local services and supports.
Reporting to the First Contact Manager, key responsibilities will include:
- Liaise with clients and families to coordinate the lifecycle of their NDIS plan supports scheduling and claiming
- Collaborate with clients and families to build on their NDIS plan knowledge and available support streams both within Kurrajong and other services in the local area
- Identify potential under/over servicing for clients and act if goals or supports are not being delivered as per service agreements
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the NDIS price guide and support categories
