As a Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in running a center of excellence with the support of a dedicated and permanent team of educators. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Before and After School Care: Ensuring smooth operations and providing guidance to staff for both before and after school care programs.
- Service Administration: Overseeing administrative tasks with support from a 2IC (Second in Command) to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Project Work: Leading projects such as clubs, programming, and other initiatives aimed at enhancing the educational experience for students and staff.
- Onboarding Support: Assisting in the onboarding process of new team members, ensuring they receive proper training and support to excel in their roles.
Who Are We Looking For?
We're seeking someone with experience in working with children and has run their own program before. This role is a step up to a Mentor Coordinator role or Area Manager role so someone who is eager to progress into operations management would be a bonus but not essential. Experienced Educators in Outside School Hours Care or Early Childhood Education looking for a step up into running their own program will also be considered for this position.
