About the job
Working as part of our Field Services Portfolio, as the Coordinator Parks, you will lead the teams responsible for delivering works in horticultural maintenance including biodiversity and wetlands areas.
Reporting directly to the Manager Field Services, you will be a member of the Field Services Leadership team and play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of works, and while experience and knowledge of local government is useful, to succeed in this role, experience and ability to coordinate resources and build strong relationships with people will see you succeed.
Inherently, you will have a strong understanding of the importance of safety, be an effective communicator with interpersonal skills to collaborate with others at all levels, and be results-oriented to prioritise and meet deadlines.

The finer details
This position is offered on a full-time permanent basis, and is classified at Administration Level 7, with a base salary range of $114,967 - $121,926 per annum + Super + Annual Leave Loading. There is also the option to access a fully maintained vehicle via salary sacrifice.
