About the Roles...
Our City Operations teams maintain a mix of open space which provides sustainable and enjoyable parks, playgrounds, sports grounds, streetscapes, cycling and walking trails to meet the needs of our growing city.
We have an exciting leadership opportunity to join our Parks & Verges team as a Quality Coordinator on an ongoing basis, commencing as soon as possible. The Parks and Verges team is responsible for the maintenance of the City's streetscapes and open space infrastructure. Reporting to the Manager - Parks and Verges, you will be responsible for supporting City Operations works programs and activities by providing day to day supervision, guidance and coordination to our frontline teams through effective team planning and engagement.

About You...

To be successful in this position, you will have the ability to provide positive leadership to the team, problem solve and strive for continuous improvement, be open to new ideas and techniques, and possess demonstrable enthusiasm and initiative. You will hold a current (unrestricted) MR Drivers license (or willingness to obtain), Work Zone Traffic Management certificate and have qualifications in horticulture or a related field, together with qualifications in leadership.
Incumbents in this position may be required to possess, or be willing to gain a National Criminal History Clearance or DCSI Clearance.
