About the position
The Coordinator Employee Maintenance position will be responsible for supervising a team to coordinate the timely and accurate processing and maintenance of employee payments and records in accordance with the relevant industrial awards and agreements.
- This is a permanent full-time position based in Toowoomba’s CBD.

- The annual salary range for this position is $84,383.41 - $87,970.19 gross per annum, plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to 12.65% superannuation.

How to be successful in this position
Qualification(s), training and/or experience, specific to the role:
- Diploma in Payroll Management or similar qualification is highly desirable.
- Relevant experience in Payroll activities and management in a large organisation.
- Knowledge of relevant payroll procedures, policies and legislation.
- Highly advanced computer skills, in particular payroll systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Supervisory and time management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills.
