This role reports into the People & Culture Team - A highly functional, high performing team which is at the heart of the organisation. This role will expose you to all areas of the business, collaborating closely with focus and enabler groups across the organisation as well as corporate services.

The Co-ordinator role reports into the EA of P&C, working closely with other focus groups and extending support to the Corporate Servcies team. An exceptionally busy role which requires outstanding administrative skills, excellent communication and grit and determination to get the job done.
The successful person will be highly effective and able to assist with multiple calendars, participate in meetings across multiple time zones.
Coordinate daily workflow, manage competing priorities and focus on special projects as needed.
Logistics, scheduling and planning of events
You will need to be an MS Office Teams and Sharepoint champion! And a wiz at Power Point presentations.
You are accountable for your work and adaptable and agile in a complex environment which requires you to act in a positive and pro-active manner.
