Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

The position is also responsible for collaborating with Coordinator SCUH Training / Audits to ensure all staff have rostered time allocations to meet their training requirements and to support the delivery of training to new starters.
This position works closely with the Manager Environmental Services - Sunshine Coast University Hospital to ensure the day-to-day operations meet the organisations requirements, with the support of supervisors and team leaders.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Assist in the management of the cleaning and patient assistance activities performed by patient Support Services staff, ensuring efficient services are provided using best practices and other quality improvement principles, including budget integrity.
* Assist the Manager Environmental Services - Sunshine Coast University Hospital to ensure functional areas are maintained at the standards outlined in the Queensland Health guidelines.
* Liaise with clients including HR and Payroll regarding rostering requirements ensuring, approved rosters, etc. are plotted and submitted prior to established deadlines.
* Ensure the timely completion of appropriate documentation for employee movement and leave
Remuneration value up to $100,618 p.a., comprising salary between $80,184 - $88,187 p.a. (f/t), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (005) (Permanent full time, 76 hrs p.f.). Applications will remain current for 12 months.
