• HEW 7 $97,940 - $107,842 + 17% Superannuation (pro rata, part time)

As a Coordinator, Scholarships, you will:

• Plan, prioritise, and design HDR scholarship work and critical activities appropriately and recognise barriers to achieving outcomes, find effective ways to deal with them and evaluate progress.
• Collaborate closely with faculties, institutes, payroll, and Deakin Finance to successfully fulfill the requirements of the role.
• Identify and lead change within own area of responsibility and understand and communicate the reasons for the change.
• Seek feedback from a wide range of stakeholders including Research Grants and Business Development and Impact, Advancement, and others to clarify criteria for success and where and when advice and recommendation is required.
• Act as a coach and work with team members to facilitate growth and development by giving balanced and constructure feedback considering individual capability and team performance.

To be successful, you'll have:

• Completion of a Degree with subsequent relevant work experience; or
• An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
• Extensive experience and specialist knowledge or broad knowledge in a university environment,
• higher degrees by research or student services environment
• Experience with university governance and policy
• Experience in dealing with confidential materials and sensitive matters
